I have always wanted Christmas quilts to decorate with but I never made them for myself - I always gave them away. I hear this from many quilters, so I know I am in good company. One year I challenged myself to make all red and white quilts - as they would work great for Christmas, also Valentine's Day, and all the Patriotic Holidays! Not to mention that I love the color red. So, after that year and a few more.... Here is my "collection"!

BTW - There are some gingerbread dolls and travel trailers on the quilts on my ladder - they are just folded to show only the red & white!
If you are looking for a quilt ladder, also look at antique shops. This one that is home to the Lone Star is part of an apple picking ladder. It has some really cool features, photographed below.
