Tips for Easier Applique

#1 Use Stick-n-Press to keep your applique pressing sheets from falling off the ironing board. Both items are from our friends over at Bear Thread Designs and can be found here: http://bit.ly/1lleJgQ

#2 Use the Pointer-creaser tool to turn applique pieces right side out. Works great for the Flower Garden pieces, or flattening the seams of your Wedding Ring or Rob Pete arcs. http://ow.ly/s9nUf

#3 When working with appliques, cut the interfacing prior to adhering the fabric to make turning much easier, and to prevent accidentally cutting the fabric you are working with. Simply, make a small slit in the interfacing before ironing to the fabric.
